Von Lutzow fixes the center and the Russo-German Legion outflanks the  French (16.00-17.00 h)
A general view of the French line The French rearguard (1/29) retires under the fire of Von Lutzow skirmishers and the menace of the cossacks
The Russo-German Legion (RGL) appearing in the woods Von Lutzow crossing the stream The French Chasseurs trying to stop the advancing Germans The RGL is outflanking the French right flank
The cossacks disperse the disordered Chasseurs and, out of control, try the French main line being repulsed The RGL continues its outflanking movement while clearing the woods evicting the volitigeurs

The first serious combats (17.00 - 17.50 h)
The KGL cavalry crosses th stream in the far left French flank The RSL has turned the right French flank! and repels a French delaying attempt!
The French rearguard is routed by a combined arms attack and Lebleu is killed The cossacks trying unsuccessfully against the French line The RGL hussars routing again the French rearguard (1/29), mortally wounding Mielzynski ... ... but, failing recall, are rejected by the 2/3 formed in square
The 2/3 (extreme right French flank) rejects a coordinated assault by Von Lutzow and the RGL The turned French maintain the ridgeline. Pecheux is trying to use the far left battallion (6/3) to stop the Allied tide

The Allied attack on the center (17.50 - 18.30h)
Von Lutzow breaks the French line (3/3) The cossacks elliminate the French demi-battery and then... ...take the surprised 6/3 in flank routing it  and wounding General Pecheux which escapes capture
A French counter-attack (4/3) stops Von Lutzow... ...but the rightmost French battalion (3/3) is routed... ...and the Von Lutzow Hussras disperse the French (2/3) Whereas, the French reserve (2/105) rejects a  combined RGL attack
and the KGL cavalry is cutting the French retreat line.. ...but is stopped by a lone French square The last isolated French battalion on the ridge is resisting the onslaught
Only the baggage has escaped. The French situation looks without hope! The KGL cavalry disperses the leftmost French routing battallion... ...whereas their comrades, in square, break under KGL artillery fire and British rockets
and the battalion on the plain is surrounded and dispersed The French army has losed 5 units and reachs the 'hopelessly broken moral' so the remaining twol units are removed and the game ends!
