INTRODUCTION
The battle of Friedland is the final battle of the spring 1807 campaign

HOUSE RULES
In this case the 10.1.4.4b. Second Scenario Variant was used:
"The game is played from 10.00 hours onwards (24 turns). All French reinforcements must be diced out, as if the game was played from 0.500 a.m., using the optional Scenario rule on arrival time (see table). The French units are placed in their side of the Mulhenfluss (according to their entry point). Follow the order of arrival (and the military common sense) for their placement. The victory conditions and free rolls are the same than in the entire scenario"

The French left flank seems to collapse: the VIII Corps is breaking under Russian artillery fire whereas Uvarov's Russian cavalry has routed the Dutch and Polish light cavalry.
   
14.30 h. The battle stops in the Posthenen-Sortlack sector. The Bragation's Russian left is fatigued, but Napoleon has not been capable to deploy neither the I Corps nor the Guard Infantry. The Russians have taken Posthenen.
   
Conclusion
Napoleon stops the battle and retire under the cover of his cavalry. Bennigsen remains master of the basttlefield.
